Data Visualization with Tableau Public Basics In-Person
Tableau Public is free software that can allow anyone to connect to a spreadsheet or file and create interactive data visualizations for the web. This workshop is intended for beginners who have no experience with TP. After the workshop, you should have a basic knowledge about the interface of TP; be able to import and manipulate data in TP; visualize data in TP; give interactive presentations of your work; save, download and share your work; and learn more about TP resources. No previous programming experience is required.
Important note: Bring your own laptop with the software already downloaded from the Tableau Public site https://public.tableau.com/en-us/s/download. Also, to save and share the works you have created, you will need to set up a free account https://public.tableau.com/auth/signup.
